In June of 2020, NOAA Architects invited us to join the project team for a new and visionary senior living facility for memory care and assisted living. We are privileged to be working alongside NOAA and the Apollo ownership to create a facility where we would be proud to have our own parents reside. Located on a hilled site in Escondido, with spectacular views, the architecture and design will be seamless, with a modern ranch design and amenities such as on-site lounges, bars, theatres, salons, and dining rooms.
